Lisa Hagler is the Board President and future administrator of Grace Christian School. With a deep passion for education and a strong faith, Lisa has dedicated her career to helping children reach their full potential both academically and spiritually.
Lisa has been married to Rusty Hagler for 27 years, and together they have four children. The Haglers are long-time members of First Baptist Church in Nashville, where Lisa has been actively involved for the past 20 years.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in the Science of Education from the University of Central Arkansas, followed by a Master’s in Public School Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. Lisa taught in public school for 9 years. Her passion for teaching grew as she transitioned to homeschooling her four children for 17 years, a journey that deepened her desire to provide a faith-based education.
She understands the immense value of a Christian education, having experienced it firsthand with her own children. Lisa’s heart is for families to have access to high-quality, Christ-centered education. Her vision for Grace Christian School is to share the Word of God daily with students and to glorify His name through an education that emphasizes both academic excellence and spiritual growth.
