Patricia has a B.S.E. In elementary education with a minor in Early Childhood and a Masters in elementary education. She is certified k-6 and k-12 art education. She taught 38.5 years. Patricia taught 1st grade in Eldorado for 2.5 years, 1st grade for 1 year at Lockesburg. At Nashville she taught kindergarten for 13 years, 2nd grade for 6 years, and k-3 art 16 years.
